Cambridge Place and Blue Valley Senior Living, its sister facility in Blue Rapids, are owned and operated by Blue Valley Health Care, the largest provider of long-term care, skilled nursing, memory care and assisted living in Marshall County.

Blue Valley Health Care is the only organization in Marshall County that can provide all levels of service. This provides residents the opportunity to move from one level of care to another, as their health needs change.

Quality Care at Cambridge Place

Cambridge Place has earned an excellent reputation in the area for quality care and commitment. It is nestled in a residential neighborhood adjacent to a city park and within minutes from the local area hospital and physician clinics. The facility has been in operation since 1992 hosting 56 skilled nursing beds and 20 Assisted Living suites. Cambridge Place can coordinate appropriate placement from Senior Day Services to Assisted Living to Traditional Long Term Care Skilled Nursing. Specialty services include Senior Day Services, Dementia Care Unit, Hospice Care, and Short Term Medicare Stays.

Cambridge Place also serves as a HUD-Equal Housing Opportunity.
