Visual TourThe Board of Directors is composed of local residents who are committed to providing the best senior care available in the area.
Cambridge Place opened as a 78-bed facility, with 20 assisted living apartments in 1992. It was the first facility in the multi-county area to provide assisted living. In 1999 Blue Valley Senior Living in the neighboring town of Blue Rapids was acquired. Together these two sister facilities are known as Blue Valley Health Care.
Today Blue Valley Health Care is the largest provider of nursing home, assisted living, and dementia care programs in Marshall County.
Blue Valley Health Care is managed by three couples who have owned it since its inception in 1992: Anne and Kirk Bradford and Maureen and Jeff Crist all of Marysville, and Geri and Paul Wurth of Kansas City, Mo. These families are committed to providing the best of services to the aging population.
